The only suggestion is that the sentence "How lucky you are?" is not an interrogative sentence but an explanatory sentence.
So we have to use (!) with it when we write it.

നമ്മൾ home use ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ 'to' ഉപയോഗിക്കാറില്ല. ഏതെങ്കിലും സ്ഥലം പറയുമ്പോൾ 'to' ഉപയോഗിക്കണം .
