I love getting new books on things I enjoy! My oldest son moved back in with us last year cos he lost his job as a chef in Ithaca New York, because of the business not being able to bounce back from covid. Anyways.....he knew all about gardening so I let him go to town! Living in Michigan also, you have to take advantage of our few warm summer months! I have a 2 lb. bread maker that I haven't used. Had it for over a year! Im a little scared to use it! Took me a few months til I used my instant pot and air fryer! I hope you can find some great recipes to share! I enjoy watching you!

I would love the sourdough series. I need to make a new starter. I have some dehydrated starter that I am trying to rehydrate, and it isn’t going well. So I am thinking I just need to start all over and make a new one.

Someone suggested using the seed mats to rise bread dough. I haven't done it yet, but since my house is on the cool side, it sounded like a good idea.
