Patrick’s eyes are a big part of his ASMR sessions that he shares with us regularly. You can see how much he enjoys them, just like we do. It really feels like he wants us to be part of the experience, not just racking up views or likes. These reiki sessions are getting more and more engaging, and you always feel good after watching them.

I don’t know how much it costs but I think you could become a genuine reiki practitioner if you took the right training. You have the passion to want to make people feel better, and not everyone has the time or energy for that
@@zan9898 no. reiki started in japan, there are maaaaaaany historys on how it started.... there are lots of ways of channeling reiki. :) but you have to go through a reiki school to get harmonized/ in sync whit this quality of energy so you can manipulate it. it's really interesting, you should research about it. Im a reiki practicioner

Aside from relaxing people, reiki is no medical practice, though. Not sure how worth it it is to invest money into something you can do without training.

I remember this one creator called Celtic Tarot and she did this like(genuinely unintentional) ASMR-y thing w visualization and it’s one of the few times I think I was able to meditate? This gave me a similar experience , where your description of the actions allowed me to imagine(abstractly) how I would feel if I let my “energetic body” relax. I hope that makes sense😅 but yes thank you so much!!! Edit: I just reread the title😂 “placebo” is kinda what I was describing, bc I felt much more relaxed afterwards which I suppose is what a physical massage would be trying to accomplish…
