ok; first off: how much for those empty 5 gal balcones barrels unless you plan to use them for something else like a "light" whiskey. Second: why not get someone in to paint the crowded barrel symbol on the roof of the distillery so when those drone shots happen you always have it seen.

I can't help but think back to a few years ago when I offered to hook up the distillery with a local signmaker to me in Minnesota who is also one of the best high school shop teachers in the state...he would have had the sign done and delivered already...gee, Rex, you really dropped the ball on that one ;)

How long was the peated malt smoked/dried for? If it was peated for a day or so it sounds like a mini peat monster.
