You are completely right, but please forgive us. As we are not native english speakers sometimes we don't use the most accurate words. In this specific case Stephan is the remixer of the song and that's what Lucas mean't. Here, we all love Stephan Bodzin and his incredible artistic work! Peace! :)
Nice one! Did you try to make same hats and noise like in the remix? it's starts from 00:37 and you can heard a lot of like crashes of hats! im trying for 3 days to do something like that and no result(
Thanks Sergey! In these tutorials the aim is to show how to use DRC to create specific sounds rather than recreate an entire track. Best of luck with your percussion!
Hi, the idea is to inspire people to get into sound design, with tips on how to create certain sounds, based on well known (and some would say iconic!) examples. We're not trying to replicate the tracks in question with 100% accuracy, or give away anyone's secrets, we just want to show how versatile DRC is and how easy it is to get a wide range of sounds from :)
it's not "his sound", it's Moog sound with delay and reverb. Nothing more universal than that. This tutorial empowers people by showing it's that simple, so more power to it
Awesome!! I love the Stephan Bodzin synth sound.... :)
Thanks Thomas - so do we! Be sure to check out our other Bodzin videos!

wow very strong, normally these imitations sound like "mwohahhhhh 50% close", but this is spot on.. really well done!
We just go for 100% awesome, in everything we do, Rob! ;) Thanks for your support!
Superb!
Thanks Pedro!
Great synth! Both GUI design and sound
Nice ! You captured the sound ! Though it's a Bit of an injustice to call Stephan a "remixer" he's an artist in the true sense of the word ;-)

We have a soundbank with these patches now ;)
Sounds like the actual track has a chorus effect on the delay return also..
Thanks for the tip, Dan!

Hi Ezequiel, make sure you are running a 64bit version of Ableton - all of our plugins are 64 bit only.

Error in Delay
add a little attack on the envelope, that’s all that’s missing imo
Thanks for the feedback!
What is the purpose of this? Let Bodzin keep his sounds, and let each of us create new sounds.
