Not really this tradition was forced onto the so called “afghan culture and into afghanistanies” during the reign of Daud Khan and mostly Taraki’s time
The Hazaras, Tajiks, Uzbeks and other ethnicities in that geography don’t really have anything to do with this so called attan or its background but were forced to accept it
So it is not a national dance of all afghanistanies
