오늘(2023. 6. 30)부터 입주를 시작하는 신축 아파트인 서울 노원 롯데캐슬시그니처 아파트 단지를 둘러 봅니다. 롯데건설의 특화 브랜드인 시그니처가 적용된 단지인 노원롯데캐슬시그니처 아파트는 서울시 노원구 상계동 95-3번지 일대에 위치해 있으며 서울 지하철 4호선 상계역에서 도보 5분 거리의 역세권 아파트입니다. 단지 인근에 서울덕암초등학교, 신상계초, 상계제일중, 재현중, 재현고, 미래산업고 등과 같은 많은 교육시설들이 있고 사교육으로는 중계동 학원가가 위치해 있습니다. 서울 4대 명산으로 불리는 수락산과 거북바위로 유명한 불암산이 자리해 쾌적한 주거환경을 자랑하며, 물놀이장, 테니스장 등이 조성된 수락산 지구공원, 불암산 둘레길 등의 녹지를 누릴 수 있는 여건의 환경 속에 있습니다. 상계동 상계6구역을 재개발한 노원롯데캐슬시그니처 아파트는 총 10개동의 1,163가구로 구성된 대단위 아파트단지입니다.
We walk around a new apartment complex in Seoul, Korea. As the name of apartment is Nowon Lotte Castle Signaure, it was constructed by Lotte Construction. The apartment was recently completed construction, so residents started moving in the apartment from today, Jun. 30, 2023. We will be able to make out on a popular residential trend of new apartment in Korea these days by looking around the apartment complex.

누수 부실 시공으로 곰팡이가 가득하여
현재 입주도 못하고 있는 부실 덩어리 아파트
롯데 건설은 하자 보수조차 안 해주고 있음
절대 입주 해서는 안 될 최악의 아파트임
