@@theaina8002 as you say it is not native to Cambodia, that plant is native to Mexico and is eaten in Mexico as well, actually Cambodia and Mexico are the only two countries that I know that eat it, but in Mexico are just eating after cooked, They are usually used to make salads, first they are cooked, then left to get cool and placed in a salad with tomato, onion and coriander or you can just grill it, and even you can also drink it in a smoothie
Apa khabar Polin.Gadis yang memakjubkan.Kali ini saya rasa teruja kerana melihat Polin makan spesis kaktus .Kerana do my home town pokok ini cuma sebagai bunga hiasan sahaja ada kala nya terbiar saja begitu sebab di pokok berduri tidak di pedulikan.Tapi bila lihat Polin petik pokok ini dan bersihkan dan memakan begitu sahaja dan bawa balik kerumah buat masakan seperti sayuran.saya teruja juga tengok Polin makan dengan nasi dengan penuh selera .rupa nya kaktus ini boleh di makan dan di masak berbagai.Tanks Polin dengan milihat program you memasak pelbebagai jenis dari you home land baru kami tahu ada tumbuhan yg kami ada di home land kami yang tidak di pedulilan .Tapi di tempat Polin jadi makanan yg berzat.Thanks Polin I love You.Sweets.

@@RafaelGarcia-jv1vp nombre que anda haciendo compita, bien asaditos a la parrilla nomás les rosia tantita sal para acompañar una carne asada de rechupete, solo asegúrese que estén tiernitos porque sason ya tiene fibra y que sea nopal del que no tiene espina grande, el del monte es un poco más ácido pero también está rico.

Cada país tiene su cultura, en RD le dicen tuna en mi pueblo y en la capital, le llaman alquitrán,h pero no se consume como plato, algunas personas lo usan para remedios, en las novelas Mexicanas escuchaba hablar del nopal pero no tenía idea qué era, ya sé que se come pero no lo he probado nunca, saludos a la chica, el berro que utilizo en el caldo, lo consumo en ensaladas
