I just can’t figure out Rainas’ style of eating. She takes six pieces and lines them up and takes a bite of each instead of finishing the first one. I can’t stop watching her though. She is amazing.

Her way of eating tricks her brain into thinking that she's not eating the exact same thing for 20-30 minutes straight and that she doesn't have as much left to eat as she actually does. Little mind tricks so that she can avoid getting sick of whatever the food is and for eating more than would be comfortable even for her. You actually get tired of chewing after a while, and flavor fatigue is real and can slow you down enough to keep you from finishing. If you eat slowly you really do feel full faster. Raina is awesome.

Haha when he said church let out I immediately knew what he was talking about! I lived in tiny towns in Kansas for half my life and the after church rush is real! Ugh so is the judgement 😅 Been outta the bible belt for 10 years and still find myself thinking about if church just let out on Sundays if I need to run arrands! My husband and I joke that we are late for service.
