I just wanna know one thing... 8 years ago 5 teenage boys (yes 5. Not 4. 5) who were complete strangers were thrown together & were made into something amazing... how all of them are lovely lovely people with hearts of gold that they wear on their sleeves is beyond me. What are the odds? If I ever have a son I would raise him to be this way. Louis is amazing. He’s been through hell & high waters & somehow it’s only made him stronger. I was so happy than Anthony came back and Louis is an angel.. He helped this amazing guy and he's totally worth it, he is fighting to be a better person, he sings big songs and makes it his own because each word means a lot to him! I really hope he reaches the finals this year
I cry so hard watching this. Anthony is amazing and I’m so glad he’s doing better! I also totally just fell in love with Louis. To do what he did for this guy... and how emotional he was over this moment shows how much he genuinely loves him. He’s got an enormous heart, and I wish everyone were a little more like him.
This was so powerful after losing Avicii earlier this year to depression/addiction, and for this young man to be fighting so hard for a future and sobriety. Louis was truly a blessing at just the right time. Beautiful.

Louis you are a prince among men. Shows something that is rare on this planet at this time. Louis is world famous coming from One Direction. He like the others is a multi millionaire. Everything to make someone arrogant, selfish, self centred and blind to the miseries of the world. But LOUIS ....... showed his humanity and the best of what human beings are capable of. He inspires me and hopefully others. He is 26 and shows us the best side of youth and what young Brits are also capable of. I'm sure he did NOT vote for Brexit. He is open to the world and to life. We all should be proud that such a human being exists. I saw Anthony last year and all that happened. His talent was evident to me but also his problems and low self esteem. The validation and success he initially had sent him on a downward spiral. I've seen it happen too many times in my life personally. Anthony ...... You deserve this. Stay clean and share your beautiful spirit and talent with the world, PLEASE!
Actually, I fell in love with him now. I was..have been.. kind of angry with him all these years.. But what I ve witnessed now moved me and I looked at him differently. I m impressed immensely.
A lot of 1D fans former or otherwise don't give Louis the credit he deserves. I fell in love with his voice 11 years ago. And I've loved him more and more because of the person he is. He's lost so much, but never fails to continue to do such good for this world, that hasn't given him the admiration and credit he deserves. He's just one of my favourite humans. ❤️

The very end of Anthony's segment has to be one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. Anthony goes to shake Louis hand but Louis goes in for the hug, then as Anthony opens himself up to receive the embrace of his mate he kisses Louis on the cheek. They proceed to express their brotherly love for one another as they share a sincere and genuine moment in front of thousands of people. I'm touched, moved and inspired. My hat is off to Mr. Tomlinson for being the gentleman and human being that he is. And the very best of luck to Anthony. You know he's going to work his arse off to make the most of this (second) opportunity.

I just hope he gets the right mentor who chooses the right songs for him because as good as it is, his voice is only suited to certain kinds of songs & song choice can be the difference between staying in the competition or going. I've watched this performance a couple of times already but man I still cried.. Haha.. I can't deny it I like this guy. It's so touching to see how Louis felt for him that compassion for a lost soul. As he sang in his song, "I didn't know that I was lost", was so perfect for him. I am Filipino and my bias is Maria Laroco. But I am also rooting for this guy Anthony Russell along with Dalton Harris in the Boys Category. I hope they all reach the Live Shows. That would be awesome.. :p
