I hope DPWH would allot a budget on major repairing EDSA, C5, and other major thoroughfares in Metro Manila - full asphalting of the entire roads and repainting of road markings. Cuz compared to other ASEAN countries, our roads look the most outdated and cheap
Wish there was a strict standardised licence plate standard enforced along with vehicle licensing (no vanity plates) so that the government could introduce automatic number plate recognition cameras (ANPR) to issue traffic penalties to inconsiderate and law breaking drivers. It would be a great source of revenue that could be reinvested in road improvements and pedestrian safety. Also, please implement a mandatory vehicle scrapping of vehicles over 10 years old like SIngapore with COE rules in order to get unsafe and polluting vehicles off the roads.
Finally, magiging mabilis na hopefully ang biyahe nang ating mga students, Senior citizens, BPO, Bank employees and other workers who are suffering from the heavy traffic resulting to be latecomers to their respective offices, ganyang ang style sa Singapore, may designated Bus stop at P2P system ang gamit nang Singapore, di pwede kung saan saang lugar lang gusto nang passengers bumaba. Let say ang biyahe nang Bus from Ayala, Makati - Guadalupe, Mega Mall - Cubao. may mga Bus station dyan na dyan lang bababa ang mga passenger, di pwede bumaba in between these Bus stops, Sa Singapore cashless o coinless gamit nila don e-card na itatapat mo sa scanner then bayad ka na at mababawasan ang load mo fix ang rate, let say P15 pesos bayad mo etiher Guadalupe, Megal Mall o hanggang Cubao destination mo bayad nang passengers pareho P15 pesos. may iba din ruta ang mga bus. Kaya sa system na yan walang mag aagawan at swapangan ang mga bus drivers sa pag pickup nang passengers. Now may sariling daan na ang ating mga buses sa EDSA, Good luck and God Bless sa Traffic Management!

Just an idea. Since the doors of the buses are on the right side, why not try having the bus go the other way so that passengers could get off direct to the middle island. In this way the passengers will be safer. And the bus lanes would be exclusive bus lanes. Other pretenders would now use the other lanes like most of us do like before.

The problem in the Philippines is that local businesses often lack competitiveness, many don't try to improve. The closest thing to actual competition are the jeepney drivers racing eachother like mad men. They compete and collaborate for the wrong things
Finally proper transit buses... I hope they stop going after these smaller "modernized jeepneys" just kill that concept..... We need proper transit buses like these look at any country with a proper public transit system
The modernized jeepney (those with good wheels) can only really work in the provinces. Cities especially big ones shouldn't have jeepneys and tricycles (unless they are 4 wheeled e-trikes with trained drivers that goes only in residential areas)

It's really different. I prefer no jeepneys only buses, trains, motorcycles or motorbikes because I understand that jeepney is part of our culture and Philippines known for our unique transportation which is jeepney but I prefer the new one or new jeepneys because it's more safe, convenient and also not polluted, because the old jeepney has a lot of problems aside they are one of the reason of traffic, they're more than 50k+ around only manila, it's not safety, comfortable and released black smoke that cause pollution that can destroy nature, animals and human health.
