why isn't tenshi kaiwai more popular overseas?

hey hey! today's video is a bit of a yapfest about why I think tenshi kaiwai hasn't caught on too much overseas yet and how we can get it to grow as a community!! if you have any ideas on how to introduce tenshi kaiwai more to the west let me know in the comments below!!

On the issue of accessibility, I would like to add that even tho tenshi kaiwai clothes are very oversized and roomy, they often still don't accommodate bigger bodies, for example ACDC Rag only recently released their Dot Neko bottoms in plus size and to my knowledge the only other brands offering similar sporty setups that would fit plus size people are Anonenone and maybe Whinny (Reflem have the widest jackets ever but their bottoms are closer to like an M/L at most I think).
Also, there's still people editing their legs to look slimmer (I've seen this in jirai too unfortunately) which further pushes the idea that you need to be thin even tho obviously you can wear whatever you want regardless of your size (as long as you can find clothes that fit that is T_T) and admittedly this is the reason why I don't post my outfit pics online.
Anyway, you look super cute in blue and we def need more dark skinned people wearing tenshi kaiwai so we can fight against the idea that only light skinned people can wear it, looking forward to more content💙
Edit: I forgot to mention that Reflem, Travas and a few other brands actually ship abroad through Acro Tokyo's global site

Thanks for the comment!! That’s a really good point, size accessibility can be a big issue for the growth of styles as well, and I hope to see more sizes available in initial releases too!!

​@@aka-ge2mn yeah I've seen some cases like that in the past but idk I feel that it's more common nowadays because editing software is more readily available and easy to use in comparison

@@aka-ge2mn that seems to be the case unfortunately. Someone recently told me that old gyaru magazines like ageha often had weight loss tips in them but it wasn't as extreme back then as it is nowadays....
