@@MrMASH50 I don’t know about that. Mma is full of privileged dudes who went to college. Boxing is the sport of the poor, filled with people who fight to get themselves out of poverty and it’s more international. I’m a fan of both mma and boxing for the record.
@@Ryan-ix6dt boxing is bigger and recognize more as a sport around the world but my opinion still not changed. I just don't think many people know the names of 10 boxers without naming off the greats. This might be true about knowing 10 mma fighters but the trend def going in that direction. It's not to hate on boxing. as a skill its cool to watch but I'm not paying for a ppv. I'll watch on fightpass like I would a grappling match.

Jose cortez was an amazing guy. His brothers and sister looked up to him. Many of those who had the previllage of knowing him, really misses him. It is great seeing his sister fullfilling his dream. It sure brings back memories of him, seeing this video.

This is why believe fighters should be paid more and this just shows the exploitive nature of the UFC. Many fighters coming from impoverished backgrounds. While the UFC did help create a way for fighters to get paid the benefits were mutual and so should the earnings. Many say the UfC wouldn't be shit without Dana , I say it wouldn't be shit without the fighters.
