Hold on im desi and one time i made the mistake of FINELY CHOPPING jalapeños with my bare hand. I washed my hands really well after. 3-4 hours later im typing up a paper and my finger tips feel kinda weird. Then it starts burning like hell. I was in hella pain- i dipped my hand in yogurt, then milk, cold water, you name it. At the end I had to put my hand under warm water to speed up the process so it would get better sooner. I had to put up with more pain but it took less time to get better. I now also wear gloves cuz im too scared to go through that again xD
