@@patriciadumatrait9594 easy advice to give but it’s also hard not to look at those nasty comments people make because they think they are invisible.🫥 ⌨️
I am very interested in paper mache tutorials. Please consider making some and sharing on your channel. I enjoyed this video and became inspired to create.
You are a wonderful person; TH-cam is TH-cam. Alot of artists have issues with the comment section. Trolls try to hurt people. Just ignore the comments Rosanna, remember who you are and the talents that you have. Shine each day in the way only You can. You give a lot to the outside world, and we appreciate you!
Love this, love hearing you chat with us. There are so many times I play your videos while I’m working on handwork. I understand anxiety and wintering blues. But I hope you know that you bring immense joy to so many. You are such a creative light during dark days. With that said, don’t forget to fill your own cup ❤
Sending you a big hug and lots of love my friend always enjoy your videos and chats and my heart breaks for you in your situation. Hope you feel better soon and all is well with your hubs.
I love the talking aspect of these videos. I find it really relaxing to listen to Rosanna talk about the ebb and flow of her life, along with the animals at the sanctuary. As a fellow animal rescuer, I understand how stressful it is to be worried about doing the best for your animals under difficult circumstances. Please keep doing what you do without feeling the need to change to accommodate everyone's preferences. If people don't like the way you do things, there are other TH-cam channels that will suit their needs more adequately. I made myself a cuppa and sat down for the duration, knowing I would have an hour of peace and quiet, learn a little more about a fellow crafter and animal lover and be inspired to create my own pieces. Thank you, Rosanna, from across 'the pond'. Happy New Year to you and your animals 🎠
I’m smiling - as a kindred spirit - as I listen to you share your reactions to reading “comments” on your videos. I am a children’s book writer with a few titles released on Amazon. I understand what you mean about being “over-stimulated” about comments/reviews.
no apologies needed for the ebb and flow of life. i look forward to all of your vids. i am enamored with the spun cotton but would also enjoy the papier mache…in due time…when time and circumstance allow.
Yes please to the papier-mâché. Thank you My daughter also struggles with” winter blues” - she goes to Miami in January for a few days and it helps her tremendously. 💙 There is light box on the market that helps with seasonal blues. As the person below mentioned, vitamin D3 is often deficient especially in women. Your videos and your work is lovely.
I absolutely love your creativity. You are such a breath of fresh air. I live in Florida because of my struggle with ( S.A.D) seasonal affect disorder . I look forward to all of your videos.
No need to respond to all the comments, Rosanna. Just know that having comments boosts your algorithm and we all wish you the best of success. I love your chatty sessions and can totally relate about trying to talk about one subject while creating something unrelated...
This is so cute! 🥰 You can crackle paint, by putting a layer of Elmers white glue, and then paint over top. The thicker the paint, the bigger the crackle will be.
I just found you today. First video. I think the universe brought me here. I appreciate your candidness and honesty so very much. I struggle with depression and anxiety especially in winter. So the fact that you can do videos is amazing. I started a channel but quickly realized that I wasn’t consistent enough for it. And the amount of energy it takes was beyond my resources. So thank you for ALL of what you gave us today. ❤
I'm so glad to see that someone else has a well organised craft room, it looks just like mine 😂😂 no offence intended. To the untrained eye it may look chaotic but trust me we know where everything is ❤
Rosanna, I enjoyed this video so much! I love that we are creating with inexpensive materials and most importantly working on not creating anything perfectly! I look forward to making my rendition of a pull cart toy! Thanks Rosanna! 👏🏻🤩😍
Several positive things I want to say, firstly your video intro is excellent! It had me so enchanted and immediately invested, there was no way I wasn't going to watch the whole way through. Secondly, oh my word the pull along toys!!! I cannot tell you how much I love them and your style! So incredibly charming and well made. Thirdly Yes please to paper mache! I have some very old pages of sheet music that I have been keeping for a paper mache project but I have been stuck trying to decide what exactly I want to make with them so watching your creations may just set the inspiration train in progress for me. Basically keep being yourself, you are doing a wonderful job with your family, the rescues, and the artistry that you share with us. I appreciate you and all that you share with us. I'm sorry you didn't have the holiday season you had hoped for, but I'm glad you still had each other.
I always look forward to seeing a new video from you. Happy new year!❤ I love your spun cotton creations, and would love to see paper mache tutorials as well. Thank you for sharing with us.
Thank you, Rosanna! Feel so privileged to be let i to your crafting corner and watch and listen as you make your beautiful creations. Dont ever change for anyone. I say a big yes to paper mache videos! And yes to veggie valentines!!
First I want to wish you and your fam a very good 2025.Thanks for letting us being a part of your wonderfull creativity God bless you Looking forward to you next Video Please take care.♥♥♥🧸
Thankyou Rosanna your work is so beautiful n inspiring..your lovely to listen to n so easy to follow..i appreciate all the tips n tricks you show us n am wonderfully inspired..Thankyou so much..❤
Thank you Rosanna for giving us this sweet tutorial ❤ vegis next sounds wonderful, been wanting to make some of the minis I get so excited when I see a long vid from you ❤😊. So much more joy you bring!
I’m a perfectionist but do appreciate others’ more lackadaisical approach, it’s a part of the charm of your work! My sister has the same “philosophy” as you do and I’ve always loved her work. Just fyi, the rod that funds between the wheels is called an axle. Another note about hot glue you may not know… melting plastic releases phthalates which cause cancer. So I encourage crafters who have kids to not use a hot glue gun. I hardly ever advocate the use of plastic but PVA glue grabs really quickly especially if you let it sit got a sec before attaching the second thing to the glued surface.
I think the horses are charming. I love that you empathize with your outside animals & try to make them as comfortable as you can. Please, please be kinder to your hair and yourself by giving grace to both. I wanted longer hair & I prayed for it and it seems that is something that the Almighty was able to deliver yet now it's mine to take care of. I'm 73 and am still learning that I can only control what I can & that is okay. You are appreciated & loved. Have a best as it can be Winter of 2025.
These are really very cute. The only thing I would do differently is make the pull cord on the cart like the antique ones and make the reins shorter. Other than that, it is pretty spot on for an antique one.
I have seasonal defective disorder or I just can’t stand being cold & it going up my spine, I’m 70 after all & shrinking:) have you ever considered a “ light box” you set it up like sitting next to a sunny ☀️ window, in the morning sipping tea or coffee, it’s delightful & it helps. I’d love to make pull toys for my first little granddaughter’s, Irish twins-have to make one for each- these are adorable! Unfortunately I may never get to see them in person I can’t fly anymore & they live too many states away I’m trying to make fun things, magical things for them to let them know when I’m no longer here they will enjoy with live from their Nana P. 👍👋🥰❤️🤗
I totally get your creative style, it is more fun for me to figure things out along the way instead of a pattern. I had the same thing before Christmas, trying to finish things and finally I had to leave a few things unfinished until the new year to give myself some down time. I hope you can find something that helps with your anxiety. Have you tried a "happy light" for seasonal depression? Your pull toy horses are adorable.
This channel is absolutely delightful! Thank you for sharing all you do. I love paper clay and polymer clay and have been intrigued with cotton like this. I'm sorry the comments cause you some angst, the good, the bad, the in between. ❤❤❤
A true student will focus more on how to adapt and improve their skills, and are happy to learn, rather than focus on what THEY perceive are the instructors' faults. It is a troll that does the latter. After all, they are here because they themselves do not have the initial skill to begin with. They would rather try and control someone else's creativity rather than focus on their skill set needs. Try to remember why you came here to begin with and show some manners and most of all...respect! Just like you, she does not have to be here!
I now have 3 ponies in progress and thought - I have some empty cardboard spools from ribbon rolls (or sellotape roll centres?) and going to try to cut one to make a rocking horse. You have inspired me again...Thanks.
I love to watch your process. Only part way through the video. For the wheels, you could use a small bead glued on the end to hole the wheel on acting as a hub. Lol, right after I post you mention using a bead. 😊
I love the way you work without pattern. I do the same at times. I'm in my happy space just freewheeling. The best is just enjoy what you're doing and ignore the negative. There are always idiots online. What you could do is only allow comments from subscribers as this way the comments are traceable to a real person and not a bot/troll/idiot. It should lessen the negative a bit.
Happy new year! I love all these projects you share and have made quite a few. Here in the uk we can buy cheap wood drink stirring sticks which would be perfect for these carts I think. I do worry (when I hear you talking) that you overthink things and get stressed - crafting should be fun - nothing hand-made is perfect but shows the love that goes into it! Your ideas are a great starting point for us all to make our own versions. Thank you ❤
I'm so glad someone out there in this universe resembles me!!!! Thank you thank you. I hope you at least read this comment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💕💕💕💕💕👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Honey don't worry about what other people think..just create and be happy

I love your little ponys , and I can't wait to make some .
You are such a terrific artist and teacher. Your gentle voice and spirit give me peace and joy. Thank you so much.
I am interested in paper mache. It’s similar to spun cotton making and fun, too.
Yes to vegetable ornaments, too!

Thanks for the tip ❤
@ welcome! Happy crafting.
Yes, on the paper mâché videos!
I love your work! Just be yourself…that’s all we ask for because that’s what makes you special!
