What about music controls? My Garmin has a screen so I can control the music playing from my music app on my phone. It's not only cool but it's safer to get email and text notifications and control music volume or pause or next song from my head unit. I also have the Varia Radar. Modern tech has made my cycling experience better.
I think the Wahoo Bolt Element is still about double the price of this Magene C606. Not quite sure what the feature differences are, but for my basic purposes cost is the biggest factor hands down 👍

what has your experience been with battery life? one review said it lasted over 30 hours and another said "about 10 hours which is very good" but thats really bad if true
I’d say my battery life has been quite long and probably closer to the 30 hours. Specs say 28 hours, so I’m assuming they might’ve left their Wifi on or some other setting that’s draining their battery.
am i crazy or is this a micro usb cable you pulled out of the box and not usb c? also unless i'm tripping the europe mas has neither france not germany
I’ve only found elevation but there is no climb profile which to me is the big negative point. You can’t actually manage your strength unless you know by heart how much elevation is still to go
got one 2 days ago and still can't get pretty much anything to work. i've researched a bit online and it seems like the android version is pretty much as good as dead. it's a proper disaster and only people with iphones can use it for now
@@henrychungfitness yeah. support is very unhelpful. generic short answers like "please restart device" until they straight up ignored me. i'm for sure returning it i've never felt more cheated. the play store review is FULL of people complaining about the same issues since 2022. they just don't care
I can’t activate my C606, uts stuck on QR code screen,i use onelapfit app or magene utility app and it doesn’t work. Do you know how to reaet it qith the buttons?

I haven’t tested the music controls feature so I’m not sure if it has the capabilities. Maybe someone else can chime in?
Which Garmin model do you use?

I find it easier to control music with my actual earphones/shockz than playing with the garmin IMO

Yes I believe they should be able to connect. I’ve paired it with my Garmin Vector 3 power meter and also other sensors 👌

Actually they are separate maps. I was confused as well but in the Europe maps pack are just a few and some countries are below that.

Yes it can connect via Ant+ but it’s not perfect. The battery levels aren’t accurate
does it come with handle bar bracket ? There is no mention of it from your un-boxing....
