I saw a Tibetan girl showing celebration of slavery emancipation. It was yesterday, March 28th. On this date in 1959, all Dali Lama’s Tibetan slaves were liberated to Chinese citizenships. Ari, as a southern American, would likely be interested in her heart.
There’s this Tibetan singer I absolutely love. Her name is Jamyang dorma. Her songs are all about loving her land. And she has a song called Benevolent Mother. So beautiful.

Ray's story is so touching. And it's so kind of you buying handicrafts from her shop to support the great course. ❤ But, imagine when you fly back to the US, you may be stopped at the custom checkpoint, because the US government think that any products you buy from Tibet or Xinjiang are made by forced labor: cotton goods, tomato juice, leather goods, solar panels, lithium batteries, ... The US government don't want people to buy anything from the Tibetan and Uighur people. 😢
That's how US try to stop china, when you are desperate, you'll start to make up stuff. People eat it up because it makes them feel good that they are free and happy and the rest of the world is not ;) Get it?

I was part of the performance team of my school. We went onto the stage of our movie theatre every week. One of the songs we dance and sing is Tibetan. Our costume is gorgeous, made of shiny silk. I think that is because our school belongs to an oil refinery factory, which was rich enough for those supplies. By the way, I saw Doufu's Laolao and Laoye had arrived in Shanghai already. Good luck for all of you when you are staying in China.
