I'd say most cn pvz 1 mods does have some game design, it's just very different from the western standard. Plus, these two terms aren't mutually exclusive.
1:24 dave talks to you in 6-1, also talks after obtaining the second taco, and in 7-1 samson says: "Ol' Davey's knocked out cold" and "I have a Dave to tend to", so there is no alternative universe nor dead Dave
I love the gimmick of this Dlc mod, but i still amaze the Plant arts and animation from pvz Fusion, it looks so smooth and seems like an official plant NGL even tho it's a fan made plant

@@r3al_breadUh What happens is that EA/Popcap target Pvz Expansion (another pvz1 mod) because of being too popular and sharing the exe file of the game (basically piracy) and took it down. Now mods have to use an original copy of the game (but no one said that the copy should be bought 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃) and use a patch made with DeltaPatcher to apply the modifications into the exe (it's just the modded exe being converted into a "patch") However to use it on Goty (EA ot Steam, yep, both editions of Goty work differently) they need to apply another patch to convert them into OG exe format
It does but again this is a beta,also you can check info about the mod in samens vid, he is one of the devs. Also they planned 7-10 to be a bossfight but instead made it an ultimate battle. Idk if they should Remove the bossfight considering it was due to the battle that Dave went missing and we are in the forest. But I think the bossfight is harder than the usual zombies like when he is about to die, he can spam attacks, but idk should it still be 6-10, maybe that isn't the final boss just yet, maybe zombies Is making smthing else

They really should've removed Zomboss from 6-10. It ruins the impact of the fight by not making it the final boss anymore.
