yes you should use the original becoz sometimes the chip doesn't work properly. and chaging the chip means equal to purchase a new toner.

refill karne me card kit ko reset karna hota hai. warna wo support nahi karega ek short card rehta hai sare toner me...aap usko reset kariye ya fir new toner hi use kariye.. meri maniye to humesa new original authentic toner hi replace karna chahiye wo jyada capacity bhi rahega aur durable bhi

maybe card me issue hai.. kabhi kabhi card me issue hota hai catridge me.. and aap ne canon na official toner use kiya hai ya refill karke ya kisi aur brand ka use kiya hai.. kuch local brands ka use karne se bhi errror show karta hai. so original hi use karna chahiye
