    I love watching your videos and follow the healthy recipes. But of all the things I love about you is that you are not afraid to flaunt your Greys. That is simply inspiring. As you must be familiar that lots of people dont get organic items locally so why dont you try and sell this online so that we all get a good quality groceries from you.     mam i m 47 yr old lady....by god's grace i dont hv any problem like bp , diabetes or thyroid.....i m fine.....bt since 5/6 years i hv been suffering frm the problem of puffiness under my eyes.....which increases or decreases frm time to time....i hv tried all types of under eye creams.....kidney cleansing food items etc etc......bt no use.......wht cn i do nw? i m so unhappy due to this.....

    Nisa ji one more very imp and urgent query:
    I hv hypothyroid issue. So, i started turmeric tea DIY mix but as i m on pill i couldn't carry it for long because u mentioned in description box that:
    1. Thyroid people can take it post 1 hr of taking the pill.
    2. Need to wait for 40 mins for breakfast.
    So, all in all it delays the breakfast by 1 hr 40 mins.
    Can u pls suggest what to do??

      YT user soak some raisins in the evening and drink the soaked water and eat the raisins right before bed for few days
