I used to be a full time shopper for Instacart. Meaning I get an order, shopped and delivered. By talking with some people, it seems that Instacart charge the consumer for the service but they apparently charge the store too. The argument is that they bring more “customers” with fast shopping, so virtually more customers by each shopper. Plus the in-store shoppers that Instacart can have. Instacart is not a transparent company. All full time shoppers complained about it. And customers don’t check anything until a mistake is done. There are also customers who put a high tip and then removed it after delivery. Instacart said that the shoppers will be able to see it, like who did a bad rating. In reality : never happen. The Instacart goal is to keep the customers using the plateforme and make them happy. Shoppers : they don’t care, they are 100% expendable. I called that slavery 2.0
Boomer thinks he should get his groceries shop and delivered by someone else for the same price as if he went to the store himself. It doesnt work that way Hank Hill.😂
Dude was born yesterday or naive as hell, i bet he wonders why his Car fills up with 150$ of gas at the full service pump, while the rest of US only pays 50$!!!just another lazy chump!!!
That is so horrible they charge a fee and it’s not a cheap fee and for them to do that it’s just not right tell you one thing I will not do that I will not use those people is enough the price is are going up all time and these evil people to that I don’t care if who see this Y’all are a hungry evil people that abuse the people they don’t have that much money
No story here. You see the prices when you order. Instacart clearly states the orices are marked up. Businesses operate for profit. Why would someone think the prices would be the same? You become an instacart customer when you use the app.... Free enterprise. Dont like it? Haul your butt to the store in a pandemic and pick your own order and save, save, save. You can not have it both ways.
You sound like a news reporter that doesn't understand economics! YOU THINK YOU ARE GOING TO GET THE SAME DEALS AND HAVE THEM DELIVERED FOR FREE!!!!!wake up dude its all a scam and the CEOs are raking in the profits while the delivery drivers are paid pennies !!!!!
The problem is that $11 tip for $300+ in groceries are you kidding me. Instacart pays as low as $4 but average is around $8 for costco so your asking us shoppers to shop and deliver your groceries using our car our gas for less than $20 bucks you must be out of your mind. I wouldnt touch that order for less than $50 which would equate to a $42 tip !!!
This is why all these apps tells the insta cart shopper to not give the receipt to customer lol
Instacart rips people off. They jack up triple the prices of in store. I dont know how this terrible company attracts customers.
Take your ass to the store 😂 ez fix
