I've been studying & practicing homeopathy for many, many years!
I just wanted to say, that I absolutely LOVE your thorough explanations & approach!!! Although I'm well versed in many of the remedies covered from studying the Materia Medica in depth, I love to just listen to the audio for a refresher, and every so often, I find an emphasis on something that I had over looked!!!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge & wisdom with all!!! With much gratitude, always!!!

@@AllThingsHomeopathy thank you for your answer. Yes i know that but there are general remedies commonly used for certain disease. For instance, for MCAS and syph miasm (lyme/co infections) it seems (from what i know) that Phos, Bell, Sil, Apis, nit-ac seems to be the common remedies for this disease there are not that much polychrest that cover the syph miasm, the hypersensitivity to pain, the internal/external hypersensitivity and the excessive reactions. (From Kent repertory, Broussalian edition) Ofc it doesn't take into account specific symptom but it can help to find the right remedy, isn't it?
In my case i know i have inflammation of the brain due to the infection (neurroborreliosis, babesiosis). I did confirm that because only the remedies i tried in the "Inflammation of the brain" section in the Kent were able to decrease my headaches. (Acon, Hyos, Camph)
Awful burning pain all over the body and more and more electric/stinging pain everywhere, excessive sexual desire in particular when i find a way to have less pain, lots of vomiting reflex, hudge gastroparesis/paralysis of the gut (only 4 remedies in this section in the Kent !), a lot of anxiety, the fact i am tall and thin and the fact i have passions i "burn" for/ excited about, the fact i think a lot, leads probably to phos in my case. I already tried 11 remedies including Acon and Sil doesn't have the inflammation of the brain and the main symptom doesn't fit well. Bell would be a possibility but Bell doesn't have excessive sexual desire and i hate physical violence. As i am extremly sick i have very few particular symptom and the excessive libido is a gold symptom i think and must be taken into account. I have not the desire for cold drink generally associated with phos though, i don't know if it's a problem for the prescription of phos.

@@AllThingsHomeopathy And i would add that in the Alain Horvilleur Homeoapthy Guide about Multiple chemical sensitivity (which is a very similar disease than MCAS, both have the overdegranulation of mastocytes) there are 2 remedies mentionned, phos and ign (which doesn't cover the syph miasm, the inflammation of the brain, internal burning only first degree,... it doesn't fit at all with a neurroborreliosis case with MCAS like mine i think)

At about 16:58, at the start of the "Generals" information, you say that S's tend to be more chilly than warm. What do you mean by that? I am not necessarily chilly, but love the hot and humid weather we get in the summer here in Ontario, Canada. Anyway, an explanation would be helpful.

ATH Episode #16 is all about GENERALS. Some remedy types TEND (not absolute) to be more warm-blooded, and others are more chilly. The chilly ones need more clothing and more warmth, etc. My son used to attend school in the winter in his shorts, because he is warm-blooded.
