I really hope they do something like Legends Arceus’s “Disaster Looming” again. Really ominous area theme and when you enter a battle an intense beat gets added while the overall track keeps that eerie vibe. This remix is perfect for that kind of scenario!
This really gives the perfect feeling and looming aura of something is definitely not right but yet . . . something is missing. That eerie feeling of dread followed by a strange sense of there being something important out there that you need to confront whatever has gone wrong. And yet whatever that something might be, for some reason, it was spared from whatever horrible thing happened and even stranger, it's still here, somewhere in the dark just out of reach, waiting for you. As of it knows your here. And whatever it is, it's apparently something only meant for you. Something that nobody else can see, something that nobody else can touch, even though they definitely been searching for it, maybe even found it. But for whatever reason, they couldn't make use of it. They overlooked something and they gave up. Whatever was needed to succeed is apparently something only YOU have. As if you yourself are the key to unlocking whatever awaits you inside, deep in the dark hall of collapsed ruins. What was once a place of greatness and prestige is now sunken into the ground and torn apart yet still somehow in such eerily sanitized chunks as if this was no accident and whatever happened here to cause this chaos and destruction and total abandonment if this once amazing place, was actually carried out for a very specific reason. Yet whatever force was here . . . vanished. But something or someone still remains. And it's up to YOU to find it. And tine is running out, you need to hurry through this seemingly endless maze that is actively trying to trick you and keep you out even though you know that you're the only one who is supposed to be here and you are meant to find whatever is inside this place and get back out of here safely with it to accomplish your goal in the final fight. But one things for sure, your not alone. You've got your Pokémon team with you and yet . . . you can't help but get the feeling you are ALL being watch by something else. A LOT of something else, as if there are many eyes looking at you and waiting to see what you do next. As if the very place you are in is alive. It's not a good or bad feeling either but it's . . . uncomfortable. Different. And unnatural like something is still not right. But whatever it is, you have to go now! You need to find whatever is inside of here, take it, and get back out immediately. And you have to hurry. The situation is getting worse and worse and you can actually fail this. There is no guarantee you will save the day and if you don't, it's over. You cannot afford to lose this race.
i hope we get to explore labyrinthine catacombs that go deeper and deeper hiding a secret at the end. this indecisiveness in the tune and the sense of adventure combined with dread is so so good well done!! it’s so good it jumpstarted my imagination, like maybe this tune would have other versions the farther you explore that increase the weirdness, so you’d have; Depths ost, Deep Depths ost, Deeper Depths ost, and Deepest Depth ost would be like an esoteric alien minimal rendition of the original
@@jakepearce7776 something like a rogue-like/lite mode would be so fitting! SwSh had Endless Dynamax Adventures, and Legends Arceus had Eternal Battle Reverie, so the chance of getting another roguelike mode is not 0% !
