I couldn’t believe just how small & light it was for the power output when you showed me it & that charging time is insane, a lot quicker than my leisure battery I’m definitely getting one of these for the van!
Great review Rich definitely they are moving on with the tech as you’ve said making it compact in size. Also giving four main outlet sockets and the recharging speed. Whilst making it even more affordable and making the competitors compete for consumers choice.
Sometimes, you see TH-camr plugging some cack in a paid promotion, but this looks like an easy sell, and you're genuinely enjoying talking about it. Top job.
I get offered power banks weekly so I only do them if it’s of genuine interest and this is a very cool little unit. I know you can make money out of sales on them but I’m not about to make stuff up to make a few quid.
Hi Rich, I bought one of those just after Christmas. It’s a great piece of kit. The main reason for the purchase was so my elderly mum would have a source of power if there were power cuts. Proved itself a few weeks ago when some popping and banging boy racing tosser wiped out a power pole and our power was off for 5 hrs whilst repairs were made. I know a lot of truck drivers have them for use in the cab. Also good for days out and in the shed.😎🇬🇧
Fantastic. I've been using ANKER kit for many many years. Camping off grid with the kids and charging ipads to trekking miles across the hills and charging phones and cameras. Always been great kit, I still have every item I've bought and all still going strong. The smaller chargers keep the kids phones charged these days when they go out and I always keep one close when commuting around the country. Next, I'd love something like this when heading to the hills off grid. On the wish list.
Just when I think they have nailed it 6 months later they are smaller and faster. Crazy when I look back at the big lead acids I was running 5 years ago.
I wish the Bluetti 200max had those physical buttons to turn on the various outputs, I know the new 200l does but that does away with the 30amp socket which is why I bought the max in the first place.
@@Bugoutvehiclesuk having now used the Bluetti a few times in anger I’ve noticed it seems to charge at lower power on solar than my old Ecoflow, don’t know if it’s the different battery tech or just the way it’s wired but I can get 35-50W from an overcast sky where the Ecoflow would be getting nothing.
I have one these for camping - now planning a camper build. What would we the best way to connect in to a fuse board like you have done with the BLUETTI?
How do you like it compared to the other ones you have. Im looking for one but i need to make sure I get the most for my money. Thank you Rich for highlighting this one. Ive never been let down yet by any Anker products ive bought. God bless and stay safe.
So far it’s the best one with quality and features. It’s got the biggest AC output. The only thing that it beat it is the last one has the big DC output with that adapter.
I would think it would cut it down but you can control the rate in the app. That way if you are limited in time you can go all out and if it’s overnight too ups you can adjust to suit
I like these but i think you should be able to charge them from a dc-dc charger. Ecpecially if you get a dc-dc with mppt you could connect it up and it would be charging all the time.
The title and thumbnail should have given it away and like I said in this weeks video that power bank vid paid nearly the full amount for my new camera. TH-camrs can’t spend every bit of free time and money to keep you entertained for free there has to be some give and take. Only the big channels make off the adverts but but google doesn’t even cover the food while I’m out never mind time off, fuel , cameras , editing gear, monthly music subscriptions and editing software. This is why smaller channels pack in and just to Instagram or tiktok where there is low time and effort needed.
@@PeakDistrict_4x4 My feedback is not salty. I took 5 mins out of my life to give valuble feeback so that the content may improve in the future because I care about this channel. I agree, let there be advertising but there has to be a good balance , otherwise it turns into a teleshoping channel..
The title and thumbnail should have given away what the vid was about so you could have skipped it if it wasn’t for you. I am not a never ending resource of time and money so to buy a new camera to make you free entertainment I need to do the odd brand deal. These are very infrequent and would be even less often if more ppl supported on Patreon. Just remember that this channel costs a lot of time and money to do and very little comes back in.
@@Bugoutvehiclesuk You can bet I've skipped the whole video after the first couple of mins. As I've said earlier advertising is normal and tolerable as long as it is done on in a thoughtful manner. There has to be a good balance between the true content and advertising and for me a whole video just for advertising is too much. I am sure you will find better a formula for your advertisings in the future ..

Glad you like the new unit.
Superb Rich for all the hard graft you put out for us
Thank you. Glad ppl see it

It’s amazing how fast and small these units are compared to 5 years ago.

Great entertainment and fantastic bit of kit.
Thank you.

Bloody nice and capable power supply! Going to see if this is available in NZ. Thanks for posting 🤙
Glad it was of use to you.
great video Rich
I have a different unit for the motorhome but the tech is getting better and better ATB Gaz
It’s amazing how powerful they are getting for the size

Can’t fault them at all. Thanks.
Fantastic piece of kit Rich! Thanks for sharing this with us! Probably would fit in a rucksack for sneaky charging in a booth in Wetherspoons! 🍻
Deffo get it in a sports bag 😂
Compact.
Powerful.
Incredibly light weight for its capacity.
Very fast charging.
The list goes on.
Great looking unit.
Cheers for sharing!

That’s an insane bit of kit. Very impressive
Power units just get better. I'll have to start saving up again! Stay safe Rich atvb 👍🦊
Yea it’s amazing how they keep getting more out of smaller units.
Great review shag, love my 767
Thanks pal. They keep getting better.

That 30 AH socket is amazing but yes the buttons on this are very nice. The size of this is also amazing.

Nice tyre table 👍
Wire a 13amp plug onto your heating system at home, the anker will run it

Where can I get them lights in a reel 👍, cheers
They were sent out to me. I showed them on a fireworks night vid a year or so back.
Will have a look later today cheers

Thanks again for another good vid mate. The charge time is quite impressive!
Thank you very much.
I wonder how that fast charging affects the longevity of the battery?
I would think it would cut it down but you can control the rate in the app.

Told you size matters .
Catch you on the next one 👌
😂
Have just got one for my brother for his birthday he has his own van that he has been living in for 4 years now
That’s some gift! Nice one
I used it for my Sage barista coffee machine on a camp 😂 3% used and a great coffee!
It’s the little things.
Brill info cheers 🚐🇮🇪😀👍
Thanks Kieran

It has the charger built in. You just plug it into the 12v port. You could make a wire up I guess.
Love your videos. Can you start your van with it? That would be nice.
You couldn’t directly crank but you can charge the dead battery enough to start it.
Hey mate how's it going 🍻
Oi oi dude been keeping up to date on current events and not RPGs at the mo.
How’s you doing?
Handy for keeping a fish tank running during a power cut
I never thought of that one.
A great option for our historic ex working boat, she's not fitted out yet could save me a lot of hassle
Yea it does help that it’s all in one box.
Another great video! Although I am now very conflicted to hear you are a Millennial. I thought you were a Gen-X'er like me.
No mate. 84
🙄 now I’ve got to find a way to justify this to the Mrs 😆
😂 tell her you won it 😂
the only thing that could be better on that is a car jumpstarter port
That is a really good idea

We would like less advertising and more overlanding content please..
Don’t be salty these guys get approached and appreciated by companies that will help them with their builds. Don’t like it simply skip the video
