We had an orchid behind our neighborhood as kids 55 years ago. We used to go pick worms. The man would let us get them it’s now a big neighborhood. We always froze them in cornmeal and they last forever.

I’ve heard a lot of ppl freezing catalpa worms different ways. Several ppl said cornmeal. I’ve never done it. Did it this way and works good for me. Appreciate the support Marksmith.

Hey Charles. You need to go find some catalpa worms and put them on your tree to get the life cycle started! My uncle’s tree had no worms on his big tree. I put 200 worms on it one summer. Next year it had worms and 3 years later I could’ve picked 2,000 worms from it!
