He has no symmetry. The human body is not symmetrical, it only has one heart that is predominantly on the left side, it only has one stomach that isn't symmetrical...so really he wasn't symmetrical to begin with. .-.

@resadark Stein comes along and yanks Spirit away as he's freaking out yelling a few last minute things at Kid as Stein drags him off, and then Medusa randomly pops up from behind the bench (that they happen to be sitting on) and she was just like lurking and says "so, what're you doing? all creepy like, with a creepy smile, and Maka and Kid agree that the date was a failure and go home, and then Liz and Patty come running up randomly and look around and are all sad that everyone left. XD
Stein, he makes it so Kid can't ask Maka out, kills Black*star, burns Maka's homework, ruins Crona's food, and almost dissects Kid while he's sleeping........BEST TEACHER EVER!!!XD
I still find it oddly amusing that you guys have a Spirit and Medusa cosplayer, but no Tsubaki. It feels... Sad. But everyone is so good at their part that I can't be sad! Confliction grr!!!!!
