A total game changer!!! Finally we have in depth integration with Logic Pro X even with Live Loops!! I've been a Novation user since Launchkey mk2 and I'm very very excited, i got the New Mk4 as soon as it was released
Easily one of the best controller keyboards out there. I got one the day after it came out and absolutely love it. I’ve used Novation gear for the last 20 years and it never disappoints. Can’t recommend this keyboard highly enough and the key bed is brilliant too!

There is no official script provided by Apple for the iPad version of Logic currently, however, you should still be able to send MIDI to the program. You can connect your Launchkey via USB to your iPad, then the article below should explain how to configure in Logic: support.apple.com/guide/logicpro-ipad/midi-inout-settings-lpip3a739c2b/ipados
Do these features listed in the video work with ALL new versions of the launchkey? Like, does the launchkey mini have integrated drum sequencer and mixing integration capabilities with Logic Pro? Or do I have to get a specific launchkey model to have/use all these features?
All Launchkey MK4 devices feature deep logic integration and allow for different controls to be assigned to encoders, faders, and pads. On the smaller models how do you stop recording since there is no stop button on the smaller models.
When working with Launchkey Mini and Mini 37 the Play button is used to start and stop playback.

The record button will toggle on/off the record feature in your DAW, and recording should be stopped when playback is stopped.
This is fantastic. Just wish I had waited to punched this controller and not the MK3. :(
Is there a version with motorized faders?
Unfortunately no, we apologize for the confusion, but no Launchkey models currently feature motorized faders.
On The smaller versions can I control channel volumes with The encoders?
Yes! When the encoders are in Mixer mode, this allows you to control volume and other channel strip values.
