  • A traditional Mughalai recipe, mutton kofta is a delicious blend of Kofta balls made from minced meat. Kofta is a Middle Eastern dish made from ground lamb or mutton mixed with onions, garlic, and spices. The meat mixture is shaped into balls. Mutton Kofta is a simple yet delicious delight for meat lovers. It is very versatile & easy to make recipe as you can play around with the consistency of gravy and can have it with paratha or rice.

    Ingredients
    Process - Marination
    1 kg mutton keema
    1 tbsp gg paste
    Salt apt
    6-7 green chillies
    2 onions
    2 tbsp roasted besan
    1 egg
    1/2 nimbu rus
    1 tsp garam masala powder
    1 tsp dhanya powder
    1/4 tsp haldi powder
    3 tsp lal mirchi powder
    Haradhanya
    Process 2 - Preparation of Birista (Onions)
    Process 3 - Preparation of Paste
    Birista
    Curd
    1 Tomato
    Process 4 - Shallow fry kofta balls
    Process 5 -
    2 kalmi, 4-5 long, 2-3 chothi elaichi, shahzeera, 1 tez patha
    3 tsp gg paste
    Add grinded paste
    1/2 tsp haldi powder
    2 tsp lal mirchi powder
    3 tsp dhanya powder
    1/2 tsp garam masala powder
    2 & 1/2 namak
    Chopped hari mirchi
    Add kofta
    Garnish with kasthuri methi and haradhanya
