Maxenglish516 YES, THE MATHTER! only appeared in one episode (to my knowledge) and he was a team go villain who used math gimmicks, Ron gets hit with a laser (a division beam I think) and anything he touched disintegrated so he was put in a special bubble until he could be fixed. The final battle took place in a giant sphere that enhances the brainwaves of anyone who is inside but someone with “mathter” level intelligence is granted super mind powers. Ron’ dad (there’s a whole subplot with him) who’s an actuary, was just as powerful inside the sphere and able to defeat the mathter.
I know I probably went a bit overboard with this response, but I’m just glad I’m not the only one who remembers that show.

Hey P.M. I had one of the best dreams of my life the other night and it's something I think everyone deserves to hear. You're one of the most emotionally supportive people I know, and you are also someone who can help spread it, so thanks for listening.
I woke up to my alarm going off, I've been fighting a relapse of my depression recently, so I hit snooze and pull the covers over my head and go back to sleep. Here, the dream begins.
My alarm goes off and the moment it does I split into two version of me. One orange, and one light blue. For the sake of convenience, lets refer to them from this point forward as Orange and Blue, and that the majority of this dream is in old-school cartoon style silence.
Orange happily jumps out of bed and starts getting ready for the day, while blue hits the alarm and turns it off, only to do as i did earlier, and pull the covers over his head. Orange, seeing this, tries to shake Blue awake, but Blue just ignores him. Orange then has an idea.
He leaves the room and heads downstairs. Soon, a wonderful smell floods the house, and it manages to lure Blue out of bed and downstairs, where Orange set up for both of them an amazing, and delicious breakfast. He'd even poured out a cup of coffee for Blue. Blue still moped around, with half-lidded eyes, still not awake.
As they eat, Orange has another idea. Once they're done, Orange manages to convince blue to go out with him to the park. Apparently, in the dream it's late autumn. Orange is dressed in a light coat, and wearing earmuffs, and sort of hops around on the trail, looking at everything with a pure, child-like wonder. Meanwhile, trailing behind him is Blue, bundled up in a thick coat, wearing a hat underneath his hood and wrapped up in a giant, thick scarf.
Eventually they pass by some sort of souvenir stand for tourists for the area. Orange goes on ahead while Blue plods along behind, only to return, and show Blue an adorable teddy bear he had found and bought at the stall. Blue shrugs it off and brushes past him. At this point, Orange knows for certain there's something wrong. As Blue continues on, he stops, and unleashes a mighty sneeze, and everything becomes clear to Orange. He catches up to blue, stops him, and checks his head. Blue has a fever. Orange turns him right around, and heads straight home, sending Blue upstairs to get changed into something more comfy as he sets about making soup. Blue returns to the ground level in pjs, and apparently the trip has expended his energy entirely. He gives out in the living room. With remarkable, cartoon character-esque speed, Orange arranges a resting place around Blue as he falls. He places a soft chair behind him as he collapses, tucks him in under a big warm blanket, gets a pillow for his head, something to rest his feet on, and finally, comes back with a piping hot bowl of soup.
He sets it on a tray and places it in Blue's lap, and watches him expectantly. Blue looks solemnly at the bowl in his lap, and for the first time in the entire dream, they speak.
"I'm sorry you have to worry about me so much." Blue says.
"It's okay.That's what I'm here for. Now hush and eat up, before it gets cold." Orange answers.
"No, it's not okay. I shouldn't have to rely on someone else for everything like this." Blue responds.
"But what's the point of having someone else if you can't rely on them?" Orange asks. Blue still doesn't eat.
"If you really don't want the people you love to worry, then the first step is to make sure you take good care of yourself. Okay?"
Blue nods solemnly, and Orange hugs him. And for the first time in the entire dream, we see Blue smile.
Then my real alarm goes off again and I wake up crying. I immediately get out of bed and get ready for the day. As I do, I realize something. I had fallen asleep as blue, and woken up as orange. The two of them.... they both were me. It was my heart telling me what I had to do.
Ever since I had that dream, I've been doing wonderfully. I take good care of myself now. I always ask "What would make Orange proud?" or "How does Blue deserve to be treated?" And it always convinces me to do what's best for me. With those two's help, I'm slowly winning my fight. And I hope this will help some other people win theirs.

Him and the dad have a mutual understanding because her dad works the graveyard shift and doesn't need to pay for a babysitter because Mr. Mobster is there.
Mr. Mobster also has a really tragic backstory.
Also want to see the little girl grow up and come back to Mr. Mobster at his weakest hour to help him fight against the darkness.

the only reason he *was* a member of the most dangerous human villain group in the setting is due to leaving over ideological concerns.
he used the ability in combat to dodge attacks, perform holds that can overpower stronger opponents by removing leverage, perform hyper-complex sniper shots, target enemy weak points, and more.
OUT of combat he's often manipulate the world economy to severely damage whatever target he was after at the time, as well as working for a variety of supervillains and handling their monetary accounts.

Everyone in Atomic Robo. Doc Ock is a physicist when he isn't an engineer. That mad scientist guy from the Spinnerette webcomic was originally a biology professor. Also Frankenstein, he wasn't a doctor in the book but got retconned into being one in later adaptations and Young Frankenstein had his son as a physician that works at a college.
