. A few points. First, hamas claims every Palestinian killed is a civilian while they claim everyone they killed was a soldier. Second, you are accepting the hamas estimates. A third point, not every soldier has this site and not every bomb is a smart bomb. Then you also have hamas hiding and fighting from behind civilians.
