I know this is hard to pull off since you will need to replace 1 of your buffers for Loucha since it might kill 1 of your character in the process of waiting for his shield (I'm not really knowledgeable of how you trigger Gepard shield so I assume that he might kill some of your character before he puts his shield), but if ever you get lucky you might be able to do the full combo with Geppie's shield breaking before 1 of you character die.

I got him to E3 by accident 2 IL Dan Heng in 30 pulls. I was trying to E6 Yukong but kept getting March 7th and Asta. He destroys everything and I haven't maxxed him out yet because I stopped playing for a while only came back to the game for him. He is stuck at level 60 until I hit EL50 but zamn he makes the game easy
My f2p dhil with the moles loght cone at lvl 70 (because i don't want to level up another light cone until i get the herta shop light cone) did 2.4 mill on the weekly boss. I know weekly multiplies your damage so much but still, there has to be a different between a poorly built dhil with a giga whale dhil in su. Thats kinda wierd

imagine whaling thousands of dollars for something and then it gets nerfed. its not gonna happen. but IL is a problem for future releases. if next charaters are strong as him, seeles will be benched and obsolete and thats the second strongest unit in game that and she isnt even close to IL.
