Yes. On a Jeti box for 990 cycles.

Just curious, are you sure the mounts weren't designed to go the other direction? Those pins on it almost look like they were designed as a mounting point for the bellmouth of the thrust tube. I have a single piece mount for my Mini-Avanti that integrates the mount in a similar fashion.
Yes the mounts were designed to go the other direction if using the small single wall pipe. As we are not using the small pipe for the 45N engine it doesn't matter what direction they go.

One of my favorite jets. I think it's the perfect beginner jet. Though it was my 3rd in my case I really wish it was my first; made the mistake of calling the sebart mini avanti and flex jet pro my first and second and they were absolute garbage. I had an X90 on my rebel and it was an absolute monster. Yet still very forgiving for landings.
Yea the Rebel Hot and Rebel Classic are great first choices!
What is the purpose of the 3D printed box that is installed over the nose gear retract?
It stops debris getting thrown in the fuselage through the cutout from the nosegear
As said by Ben. We fly mainly off grass fields so helps to keep grass out and FOD
@@thelightersideofrc Thanks. It seems like that would cover a few square inches where it rotates. Is the entire opening for the gear leg still wide open? I don't remember a closed gear door when the nose gear is down.
Hello again and soz for another question. You said this model uses 12 channels? What are they on? I can get as far as 9 channels but no more, I've got a DX9, do you think that could fly something of this size or should I be considering a better system?
You could probably run it on as few as 6 channels. You would have to y the ailerons, elevator and flaps. Also find a way to reverse one of the elevator servos.
You could run it off less but as has been mentioned you need to start pairing things up. When you do that you loose adjustability in the aircraft.

@amydenton4759 the Jeti 16 gen 2 is a fantastic choice. Same as 24 but just not getting all the rear panel stuff. 24 channels.
