Currently in a networking class, and having your videos as a "guide line" has been a huge help! I pull your video up when I'm working on these, and if I get stuck I look for what I'm doing in your video to see what I did incorrectly. Thank you for these lectures/instructions!
enserio muchas gracias, estuve buscando casi 2 horas el problema en en router3 y no sabia que era eso, pensé que no se podía configurar el gateway porque en la pc 2 no me dejaba. pero era tan obvio el problema y ni lo vi, soy muy despistado, muchas gracias. tengo que estudiar mas.
not sure if its because this is an old packet tracer tutorial, but the ipv6 subnet prefix doesn't show at all in my packet tracer. also couldnt find anyone with a similar issue to mine
Originally I changed the ipv6 address on PC4 to 2001:DB8:1:4::1 instead of 2001:DB8:1:4::2 and it fixed the network and i was able to ping all other hosts. How is this possible if I never changed the default gateway on PC4? Thanks
good job as always and one more thing I noticed the way you pronounce word discrepancy with the preassure on A letter, it is wrong you should put preassure on E letter (discrEpancy), not to offend just keep in mind.

You don't need the IPv6 prefix to complete this activity

The problem is the IP address you are using in the interface on the router, thank you
Why did we change the default gateway on pc4 and not the R3 at the end of the lab?
The default gateway of PC4 is the closest interface of a router.

Thank you for all your support, I will improve these contents
Hi Christian and thank you for the video, when i do "ipv6config /all" mine doesn't show the /64 prefix? why is that ? how can i fix it ?
the prefix is not important on a host PC, be sure the prefix is present on router interface
@@romeroc24 it is indeed, thank you
