I support Dr. Amoako Baah 100%.In UK we have free education, but the government doesn't supply free uniforms, shoes, and free dinner. The government knows every House income.There are three type of class of people in a country, rich,middle class and poor. The poor familys are the ones government gives them free uniforms,dinner and shoes through the council benefit.UK is I the th richest country in the world and their education is not totally free for everyone. Government should send officials to UK to study the system and it will work in Ghana.
