There are a few (very few) people like Castor Semenya who are born intersex or whose sex is ambiguous. It’s a tougher situation, but at least no fault of the person. This trans stuff in women’s sports is becoming not so rare and is ridiculous.

My friend is about to have a baby and part of the prenatal testing is to check to see if the fetus has 3 sex chromosomes.
