You are very welcome! Perugia is a beautiful town with a lot to offer. We are happy a local enjoyed the video. Also, we extended our stay by a couple of days because it was so enjoyable ... Traveling in the winter can be worthwhile. Are you now living in central Perugia?
Of course it goes without saying that B&S is my go-to Traveltainment channel. You leave me pondering the oft-debated issue. Will the Etruscans rise again?
Merry Christmas! We enjoyed watching your video of your visit to Perugia. We travelled to Umbria last spring. There is so much to see in this beautiful part of Italy. We are going back in the fall of 2024. We can’t wait. Happy New Year!
Merry Christmas! Thanks for watching. It was our first time in Perugia and we were VERY impressed. How often do you go to Umbria? We only visited Perugia in Umbria and we were surprised ... great food, beautifully historic city and immaculately run town.
We stayed in an Airbnb in Spello and used that as our base. From there we visited Assisi, Spoleto, and Montefalco. Such a beautiful area but we never made it to Perugia. There so much more to see so we’re going back. It will be our second trip to the region. We were also impressed by the immaculately kept towns and the beautifully warm people.
Would you recommend Spello as a place to visit? As well Spoleto or Montefalco? Assisi is a place that is discussed a lot for sure and we could see the influence in Perugia. OUr taste of Umbria has a noticeable different feel than anywhere in Tuscany except perhaps Siena. @@kensparacino432

Thanks for watching! Perugia is beautiful. We really enjoyed visiting this city in Umbria. We mainly stayed in the center and did not see any factories but we may have seen some cashmere stores. Will you be visiting Perugia?
@@joannehutt7120 You certainly should because Perugia is beautiful. Perugia is known for its chocolate and Etruscan history as well of course. Where are you based now?

Merry Xmas!! How many days do you recommend spending in Perugia if I want to do Christmas markets and see the main sights? I usually go to Austria and I am considering Trento/Bolzano? Considering Bolzano or Trento for holiday christmas time next year. Which would you recommend between the two? Trento looks incredible 😍
Merry Xmas to you! We spent about 3 days in Perugia and thought that was a perfect amount of time. You could probably do less, though, as most of the main sites are very close to each other. As far as Trento and Bolzano, we have only been to Trento, and really enjoyed it. We highly recommend a visit there. We’ll be working on a video for Trento soon. Stay tuned! As for the Christmas markets, we have heard good things about Bolzano, but you could probably do both Trento and Bolzano as they are less than an hour apart by train. Let us know what you decide! Happy holidays!

Another stellar video. One reason I keep tuning in to B&S is they bridge a much needed gap between Infotainment and Edutainment

Thank you! Much appreciated. We straddle the line, but we always hope to inform.
Thanks again. The Etruscan legacy is too often overlooked, but a rise in Etruscan pride is clear in this part of Italy. @@jameswatson6890
