Stidham was doing good until the dropped pass by Edelman. Then Stidham just launched the ball and hoped because they were losing by 16 with 1:48 seconds. Stidham was great before then. 😞

Cobra king44 Edelman was playing with a broken rib cage this week (I believe), but with 3 of the Patriots key offensive players out or injured this game, shows how good either the Patriots are or how overrated or beatable Chiefs really are. Mahomes practically irrelevant all game, so gotta give props to the Pats defense that is mostly just second strings to stopping him as long as they can. Got to admit though, the Chiefs defense played great this game.

Lmao, because Andy Reid and company played super vanilla. Didn’t give up much of the playbook for a game they knew they’d win anyways. They were going against Hoyer. They didn’t need to do anything special. If cam were playing and putting up points, they would have adjusted the offense accordingly. Andy Reid isn’t giving up too much to a team they could potentially see in the playoffs for the sake of winning a regular season game that they could probably put up a C- type effort and still win convincingly.
Don’t fool yourselves, KC is still the best team in the league. And it isn’t close.

Whether or not cam was their game actually probably would have been more of a blow out to be honest since chiefs would have been in a score every drive mode. They downplay weaker opponents and play spectacular when their is someone to beat.

That was a rough one, the patriots totally beat themselves. Yes, the refs gave KC a gift with that pick where they ruled Patrick down, but the pats still blew it so hard... dropping those 2 interceptions, throwing interceptions, dropping passes, stupid penalties, dumb game management errors... they had every chance to beat KC and they couldn't do it. Patrick did not play well, but when you give him second chances, he won't let them go to waste. Totally winnable game, really poor execution by the patriots...

For about 10 years now the sports experts have been telling me that the Pats system was the reason for all of the success that has been enjoyed in New England. Kellerman and his ilk assured us that any QB could be plugged in to the system and have the same success as ever. We'll see.

I agree as a pats fan but remember stid did do good, he was thrown in when the team was looking because of Hoyer and he threw a td, then the next drive after they scored again he couldn't find anyone open and threw to the check down, Edelman didn't catch it and it became a pick six. Now in a really bad spot with 1 min 30 secs to go he throws one up which if you could tell was an accurate pass but the cb was just able to recover and pick it off. See if we started with stid then non of thing would have happened, may have been a blowout yes, it could have also ended up closer too, so stid did good in my opinion and I can't wait to see what he can do next game if cam doesn't come back
