Offline kam karta hai. Aur agar usb driver install hai to fir bhi connect nahi hota hai to ho sakta hai apka mobile me charging connector kharab hai. Mobile ko usb pin out se jumper laga kar flash kijiye

Vcom driver ko myne manually install kya hy windows 7 pr and device management pr wo show v krta hy lakin side me yellow colour ka ek logo type kuch aaraha hy..
Or charging cunnector ok hy..

Backup file rakh kar. Full flashing kar ke dekhiye agar contact service aye to backup file flash kijiye. Last me only firmware se flash karenge to set ho jayega
