This week, I found two coordinating fire king white milk glass trays with gold trim for 3.50 each at two separate thrift stores on the SAME DAY. The deviled egg plate and the scalloped trinket dish. The stores are nowhere near each other. Highlight of my glass adventures so far! 💕

Literally relate so hard on the self checkout like I get up to that thing and I'm like "okay- here we go" and I try to go so fast but last time I put a slightly ripped dollar in the machine and it got stuck and broke it...the lady that helped me literally sighed so hard and I tried to make small talk but she just ignored me and walked away once she fixed it without saying a word. Its absolute chaos every time. Stores really do need to just get it together or we gotta figure something else out!

I inherited Heisey Depression glass from the great grandparents, I only try to find the one color that I have specifically when I thrift but they are all so beautiful and I love all the different types of dishes that serve very specific purposes on the table! Hopefully they will make a comeback :)

We love Cincinnati, but the Kroger’s there are a hot mess 🥴 Corry St is so dirty. The parking lot is scary lol there was a lady screaming from a megaphone one time 😂 We are spoiled with our Athens Kroger. Very clean
I work for Instacart a few hours a week. I would consider myself a professional grocery shopper. (5 stars baby ⭐️) lol. I have a pretty good system down. I always try to park near the cart return. Waiting in line can be annoying but it usually doesn’t take that long. I make pretty good tips and I love that I am helping people out with their day!
The employees at my local Kroger take their smoke breaks at the FRONT DOOR of the store so you have to walk through their cigarette smoke to get inside. It’s really lovely.
We need more details about the rent's moving to AZ! :) Will there be zoom time with them next vlogmas? Or will you be heading there? Getting out of the Chicago/Illinois area is good for them!
good question... not sure what the holidays will look like. i rarely saw them anyway during christmas but it will be sad to not have them within driving distance. I think it would be best for them to visit me this year since AZ doesnt feel very holiday. i will let you know what we decide around vlogmas!!!
