1969 - Munich, West Germany

Mittenwald, Oberammergau, Munich, West Germany on August 15, 1969. Then flew from Nuremberg to Hamburg, then to New York. Saw icebergs in the Atlantic. Saw coast of Long Island a we arrived back at JFK. (Video 17 of 17 of 1969 Europe Trip - William R. Noack and William R. Noack, Jr.)

that was 3 years before the Olympics.I was there in 84 and 87.When you were flying back to NY from the plane there is a racetrack on the ground.Would that be Aqueduct?
