THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA - Then and Now 2022

The Devil Wears Prada is a 2006 American comedy film that was produced by Wendy Finerman and directed by David Frankel. The main character of the story is Andy, a promising journalist who recently graduated from Northwestern University. Despite her contempt of the fashion industry, she manages to secure a position as Miranda's junior personal assistant at Runway magazine, a position that "millions of ladies would kill for." She then wonders if she would be able to make it through her grueling tour as Miranda's whipping girl without getting burned out. Despite having a $41 million budget, the movie made nearly $326 million worldwide, ranking it as the 12th highest-grossing movie of 2006.
