Very nice indeed.
You've mastered the art of "GS500 Trail"
I think Triumph had a 500 trail many decades ago,
and the Suzuki lends itself nicely to that niche, with it weighing around 300lbs.
It makes it very handleable off-road.
Thanks! and You're right :)
That is an awesome end result. Very cool choice of parts and paint👍
Thanks!
Wow, very nice!
Amazing job, m8! Congrats!
Amazing work!
Nice work Look good
Very good job!

Nicely done mate! What kind of tires did you use and what are the sizes...?
Thanks, Heidenau K60 Scout and Mitas MC 24 Invader, 130/80-17 rear and 120/90-17 front, on both bikes
It’s just amazing ❤

@@henric140 thanks a lot my friend
Just another question did your gs run alright with those exhausts or did you change the jets
@@chrispduck9664 did put on a 6sigma jetkit designed for open exhaust and K&N airfilter, it did run well
@@henric140 It is the nicest gs500 I've ever seen do you still have it?
Hey Henric. I'm on my way to build my 500 e like your style. Can you tell my,what kinde of tires you used for the original wheels. Thanks so lot for your tutorials 👍 best wishes from Austria
Hi Markus, I used Heidenau K60 Scout 130/80-17 rear and 120/90-17 front, on the second project I used Mitas tyres, good luck with your project 💪
Where did you get those curved rails for the seat, I like how you fix the brake light between the rails
The rear end for the brakelight is all custom made of small square pipes :)
Henric what front mudguard/fender did you use and did you make up your own brackets to fix it to forks ...Sorry for all the questions I'm half way through my build
Found them on ebay, I made my own brackets, no problem :) ask away :)
@@henric140 I've found the front fender I'm going to try and make the brackets I was thinking about making up a twin pipe exhaust but sweeping up from the bottom like a Kawasaki Z750
Me gusta como quedan
Hi friend, loved the videos and your project. Can I ask how tall are you? I am 6'5'' (195cm) and wondering is this bike gonna be small for me. Also, is this seat for one or two persons? Thank you. :)
Hi and thanks! I'm 185cm, It's a pretty small bike but if you look closely you can see that I lovered the footpegs on the first one, the second one has a 2 person seat
@@henric140 Thanks for answer bro. You know what is length of that 2 person seat? 50-60cm?
@@bogdantrajkovic8455 i'm pretty sure a little bit more, since the seat on the first one is shorter and the amazon universal one (he posted link in another comment) is about 55 cm. So i'd say 60 at least, maybe even 70.
Me trying the best i can to get a GS500 and you got 3 hahaha sadly i need 400 bucks to get my dream bike );
How did it handle on the roads with the heidenau tyres? I can't decide wether to get these or the metzler tourance
Better than I thought, great on gravelroads, haven't tried on wet asphalt, Heidenau K60 is 50/50%, really depends on where you drive mostly
@@henric140 mostly on roads, occasionally off roads I do like the look of the heidenaus
Did you purchase the seat as is or modify it? And where did you purchase it? Thanks!
I purchased it on ebay
@@henric140 do you have a link for the seat I've just bought a gs500 and can't find a seat to fit the frame
What handle bars did you use would you happen to have a link?
The are called Timeless, bought in a local MC store
The pipe doesn't burn u
Nope 😊
2:18 name of tires?
