Just got the Impact M3 last week with the 700mm barrel and also an 500mm barrel kit. I went to install the 500mm barrel kit and could not get the 700mm barrel to budge. The tension screws were not tight but what it required was to remove the bottle so I could get enough purchase on the barrel to remove. There was a suction noise from the o-ring install in the barrel clamp. I put a little silicone oil on that o-ring so the barrel would maybe remove easier in the future. My advice is to remove the bottle to facilitate the removal. The barrel fits much tighter in this new configuration.
I saw that my M3 .35 Caliber came with the barrel tensioning system on it, after I ordered a barrel kit tensioning system. The new barrels fit way to tight into the Power Block, and mine actually broke. I will send the pictures to your e-mail. I spoke to Travis about it.
@@utahairgunsworkshop I was told in e-mail to contact FX USA. I think where I purchased the product from, which is Utah Airguns should take care of the issue. This is Ryan S. I shouldn’t have to deal with FX USA which I hear can be difficult to deal with.
It’s an o ring in the power block that creates like a vacuum and causes the barrel to feel like it’s stuck when you do get it off that sound you hear is the air from that vacuum seal from the oring in the power block go to Airgun nation there’s guys over there that have come up with a solution to remove the barrel with out breaking it
