5:46 i think they meant it because of the vibrato and placement. there was distortion because it’s kind of her style, she has that rock side lol

Oh ok sometimes with Kelly i cant tell if the distortion is on purpose or not!

I wanted to say crystal clear as in this is the best footage we have where we can hear her.
Most of the other camera recordings mask the C6 with audience screams

I’m not a big fan of some of Kelly’s biggest hits, but I love her lesser known music. Im a huge fan of Kelly in general. I’m not super into mainstream/commercial pop. Maybe you’d like some of the lesser known stuff more than the main hits that were all over the radio. Her latest album, Chemistry, has some really good songs on it as well. Chemistry, Meaning of Life, My December, and Thankful would probably be the albums that I’d recommend for you to check out. Also, KC has a lot of tricks up her sleeve that she just doesn’t use a lot, such as the whistle and elaborate runs, but she absolutely can do them. She focuses more on making you feel and believe what she’s singing. If you notice distortion, cries, breathy sound, etc in her voice, she uses those things on purpose in certain areas to help tell the story and emotion of the song. Her transitions are flawless and the best I’ve heard, imo. I definitely think you should check out more of her music. Some of my favorite songs of hers are: Tightrope, Beautiful Disaster (live version), Maybe, Sober, Just Missed the Train, Skip This Part, etc.
