    This is our video and instructions on how to use your Rumble Roller and my favorite Exercises for Self-Massage & Myofascial Release at home - LeBauer Physical Therapy Greensboro, NC
    I find that the rumble roller is actually more gentle than your traditional foam roller. It has a soft outer foam layer with little nubs that are great for releasing trigger points and don't just smash your muscles. There is space between for your muscles to move over and into the space so it's more comfortable while still helping you release tight muscles, mobilize your joints and get your body moving.

    OH YEAH! I've been using that specific foam roller for years. When I used to go to breakdancing competitions a long time ago I brought that bad boy with me to keep the soreness at bay
