Good morning Anoma! Wow, I'm sitting here having my morning coffee wishing I had a piece of your amazing chocolate cake.😋 Quick question, is there a way you regulate the temperature in the wood burning oven when doing all your baking? Baking can be very tricky if your oven is too hot...like it bakes too fast. Just wondering because you nail it every time, they always come out so moist and cooked in the middle perfectly without being too dry.
