I love to hear the Oak Ridge Boys. Lead Me to the Rock is one song I love to hear them sing. We need now as ever need to be clinging to the Rock who is Christ the Lord and Savior.
Wonderful interview! Hope to see the Oak Ridge Boys again in concert someday soon. The first time I saw them was in Greensboro, NC in the 80’s. Love all 4 of these talented guys!! ❤️ 🎶 Can’t wait to read the book!
After watching you and Pat this morning I went on line to the singing news for the first time. Scrolling through it to find out about the gospel scene I came across the death of Jonathon Pearse one of the former Gaither vocal band. So Sad, he was only 49. Sincere condolences to his family and the gospel family. Absent from the body, present with The Lord.
Saved by a Buick and Jesus Christ! Only Joe. Met him once, very nice guy and down to earth! But my goal is to meet Richard one day, just saying. It’s a “Bass Thing”....lol
Matthew Fouch indeed. Kinda puts things into perspective, like how insignificant it is when you obsess over consistently try make sure you hit that low G1/F#1. What he said, as well as Joe’s take, makes it clear the message and connecting with the audience is the most important thing!
Love joe bonsall and the oak ridge boys

Eric said something like “if you touch an ear, people will forget you. If you touch their heart, you’ll move them.”
He sure did. Love that.

Hey, Matt! Have you thought about interviewing Ricky Skaggs? He’s an awesome Christian and fabulous bluegrass artist!
That would definitely be a good one for sure. Thank you for watching!
Left side of that moustache is about an inch too friendly.
