List of materials:
1) 11/0 seed beads in 7 colours - white, yellow, orange, red, blue, dark plue and brown
2) Earring findings - lever backs
3) Nymo Nylon Thread 0.30mm=size D
4) size 10 (or similar size) beading needle
5) scissors
6) flat nose pliers (not obligatory)

Lovely ❤. How do you get them to be firm?
One way is to iron them with a cotton cloth over them and put clear nail polish. You could also put special transperant crafting glue at the back. I've made a special post for this topic. Probably you could find it if you scroll down in the community tab of my channel. A lot of people suggested different methods for firming their beadwork - different techniques and brands of crafting glue.

Thank you so much for the tutorial. My 1st ever Huchol style earrings. Mine die not turn out so great though. Not sure what I am doing wrong. They are not flat. And they have bubble like rolls all the way around. 😢 Any advice on how to make them flat? These are beautiful earrings. And I hope to make more. 1st I need to figure out why they are not flat like yours. 😅
Thank you, dear. There are a lot of reasons why yours are not flat. For example if your thread is too thick this might create additional tension. Try softer and thinner thread. If you use monofilament, you can try to iron them with a cotton cloth over them. If you use nylon thread and want them flat and stiff, you could try to dip them in sugary water like in crocheting or put some crafting glue or clear nail polish at the back. Try some of these and tell me how it works.
