You can only apply before the start of the final year.

@@ayeshaghaffar9672 the thing is I just got to know about this program recently even though I am planning to apply this year lkn I am afraid I will not be selected (99 percent) cause of no preparation cause my gpa is below then 3 also got some F on my transcript and no community work but if I take time to make my application strong to mjhe next yr Sept ka wait krna prega again apply kren k lye or us time tk mere 6 sem cmplt hjaye gy remaining 7-8 reh jayengy which means I won't be able to apply be then aswell? Cause application takes time to process but is there any chance TB select hoke last semesters me se Kisi aik k lye bulaya jaye? .Thanks a ton for your time and reply ♥️
@@user-gl9bu3tw6w actually they have already set eligibility criteria to apply. they won't give funding to final years students but don't lose hope.

Hi, recently received any email about Global UGRAD program eligibility requirements from USEFP which says that undergrad students in their 14th year (3rd and 4th semester) are only eligible to apply this year. Could you please confirm it for me? Actually USEFP's website regarding UGRAD eligibility is not updated yet. I would appreciate it. Recently, I'm a master's student in the USA and my brother is trying to apply for UGRAD program this year but he started his 3rd year recently.
