    Laura and Diddy were the epitome of grace and elegance (the kind of dressage we should be seeing). They are of the caliber of Charlotte & Blueberry in my opinion. What an incredibly quiet, very tactful seat and hand connection she has. A true partnership. Wishing them continued success!

    I watch this video over and over again and each time it amazes me. Sheer pleasure to look at this pair. Both talented and visibly a perfect match. I do look up to Laura, what a seat

    She's done wonders with Diddee..........they've bonded SO good over the years I think this horse would do anything for Laura. They make a Special team and Boy what a routine that was. WOW. Full of surprises and done perfectly. GO LAURA AND VERDADES.

    She has a really good seat on a horse, quiet controlled and correct. Lovely powerful horse, not quite happy in his mouth and almost overbending at times. In my opinion Isabel gets free points for all her rides which are not pleasing to the eye .

    They should have gotten a higher score! This test was fantastic!! I enjoyed it way more than Isabell Werth's. Isabell's test was nice, but I didn't see 90%. I have been seeing a lot of bias in judges. This horse is amazing, and I love Laura's seat!
    They won in my eyes

      I agree totally. Laura and Diddy were so smooooooth. And non stop. I thought they were a lot better and should have gotten first.

      I agree, I loved the ride and Diddy didn't even twitch his tail once he was so relaxed. But I wonder how they scored the canter pirouettes, which were four beats, not three as in a canter. First piaffe was uneven as well. There was one other little bobble but otherwise, I didn't see anything amiss. Certainly more relaxed than Isabell's horse.

      Laurie Sain Most of the canter pirouettes are done in 4 beat now. The ones actually done in 3 beat are starting to be penalized even though it states in the rules it's correct

    Those judges are blind - a LOT of 9's &9.5's in there they missed altogether. Beautiful ride - technically one of the best ever seen in competition!

    It is so smooth . And about the rider. I saw a mean comment about the riding on another post jealousy is such a sad condition.. i would like to celebrate this lDies hard work. So soft.

    That " new style " of bouncing and rocking and leaning back etc is so different than classical dressage .

    Does anybody know what music she rides to in her canter program?

    When Totilas was ridden so deep and low, everybody screamed and cried how it was animal abusing... But why does no see how bad the head position of this horse is? It's too deep!

    • @rvd7655
      @rvd7655 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      it's not deep it's perfect like that. deep is when the horse's nose is touching his knees. to much with the nose out isn't good because then he is pushing away his back. totilas wasn't deep either he just had a short neck.

    Warm sieht man immer keine rechte Hankenbeugung bei den Piaffen? Bei Weihegold erst recht nicht.

      I agree. Passage looks good but first piaffe was uneven. Also canter pirouettes were not canters: as Axel Steiner says, the pirouette is first and foremost a canter!

    How did This Laura Graves get to where she is? She is terrible, constantly holding the horses head behind the vertical - this is animal abuse, just look at the horse constantly opening his mouth as a sign of pain. Watch Isabel Werth and Ingrid Klimke - these are real pros, they do not keep their horses in pain by restricting their horses head behind the vertical. I give this Laura Graves an F grade.
